OCI Chemical Corporation is the world's second largest producer of natural soda ash. OCI Chemical maintains offices in the U.S. and
Europe, and has an annual production capacity of 3.1 million tons.

Trona miners at the OCI mine in Wyoming contacted the UMWA and said they wanted to union representation. Since then the UMWA
has dedicated itself to standing with the OCI miners in their struggle to form a union at their workplace.
